This is a Nicaragua Maracaturra from Finca Bethania, and the description points to a clean, structured washed coffee with a nice balance of fruit, sweetness, and cocoa.
The Albir family has deep roots in Nueva Segovia, with the family producing coffee there for generations. Finca Bethania was established in 1991 and covers around 42 hectares, with Maracaturra among several varieties grown on the farm.
An especially interesting part of the story is Cafetos de Segovia, the family's dry mill. Rather than simply selling their production as commodity coffee, Ana and Martha developed the mill to help their family and other local producers add value to their coffees. It now works with 47 other producers, processing predominantly washed coffees and submitting lots to Nicaragua's Cup of Excellence competition.
The environmental side is also notable: Bethania has been Rainforest Alliance certified since 2014, and the farm focuses on water treatment, forest preservation and protecting the surrounding ecosystem.
In one sentence: I'd expect this to be a clean, bright and sweet Central American coffee, with crisp apple and citrus up front, raisin sweetness through the middle, and a comforting milk-chocolate/cacao finish.
