Ethiopia - Beshasha / Sadi

An Exceptional Coffee from Agaro

Beshasha / Sadi is a carefully selected washed coffee from Agaro, in the Jimma zone of Western Ethiopia, one of the country’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Grown at elevations between 2,000 and 2,100 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from the high-altitude environment, cool temperatures, and rich growing conditions that contribute to the complexity and clarity associated with coffees from Western Ethiopia.

The cup brings together a vibrant combination of orange and blackberry, balanced by the comforting sweetness of caramel and hazelnut. As the coffee cools, deeper notes of black tea and dark chocolate emerge, creating a layered profile that moves naturally from bright and fruit-forward to sweet, structured, and lingering.

The lot is produced from the Ethiopian varieties 74110 and 74112, cultivars developed and distributed through Ethiopia’s coffee research system and particularly well suited to the country’s high-elevation growing regions.

Beshasha / Sadi is a vibrant, structured Ethiopian coffee with notes of orange and blackberry layered over caramel sweetness, hazelnut, black tea, and dark chocolate—a refined expression of the high-elevation coffee landscape of Agaro.
