This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use the ripest cherries, later hand sorted to remove any defects. The coffee is sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved.

This microlot is 100% Caturra, a variety that originated in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon. Caturra produces more coffee and is more resistant to plant diseases than bourbon.\


Grown in the Tolima region, one of Colombia’s most productive coffee growing regions. For the last 10 years they have always been represented in Cup of Excellence along with every single coffee competition run by the Colombian Coffee Federation.
This coffee has been roasted for filter brewing to emphasise its complexity. You can expect notes of Passion Fruit, Chocolate, Red Wine, Tangerine.
