Shipping Policy

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. 

For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability, delivery times, and shipping costs. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate or arrange a replacement.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please get in touch within 2 hours of placing it. After dispatch, changes can’t be guaranteed.

We  offer free UK delivery on orders over a set amount — and on some promotions which will be clearly shown at checkout.
