Today, the estate comprises five farms—Cerro Azul, Las Margaritas, La Esperanza, Potosi, and Hawaii—recognized worldwide for producing award-winning specialty coffees.

This lot features the Colombia variety, a hybrid of Caturra and Hybrido de Timor, celebrated for its resilience and outstanding cup quality. Grown at elevations between 1,400 and 1,860 meters above sea level, the coffee undergoes a carefully managed natural process, beginning with a 15-hour controlled fermentation followed by approximately 72 hours of drying in a dehumidified environment. This meticulous approach enhances sweetness, complexity, and clarity in the cup.

The result is a vibrant and distinctive coffee bursting with notes of candyfloss, blueberry, cranberry, and white chocolate, delivering a sweet, fruit-forward profile with a smooth, lingering finish.
