From the Slopes of Mt. Kenya — Coffee at Its Peak
High on the lush, volcanic slopes of Mt. Kenya, Africa’s second-highest mountain, some of the world’s most extraordinary coffees are born. Cool mountain air, rich mineral soil, and abundant rainfall create the perfect environment for slow-ripening coffee cherries — bursting with vibrant flavor and natural sweetness.
This region, known as Nyeri County, sits in the heart of Kenya’s central highlands. Here, small family farms carefully handpick their coffee, delivering ripe cherries to local washing stations where they’re meticulously processed using crystal-clear mountain water. The result? A coffee that shines with bright citrus, juicy berry notes, and a clean, refreshing finish — the unmistakable taste of Kenya.
At the center of this tradition is the Othaya Farmers Cooperative Society, representing more than 14,000 smallholder farmers who work together to uphold Kenya’s reputation for excellence. Their dedication to quality and community ensures that every bag of coffee tells a story of skill, care, and shared pride.
From the forested foothills of Mt. Kenya to your morning cup, this is coffee crafted by nature and perfected by generations.
Taste the height of flavor. Taste Kenya.
