This vibrant washed Yellow Caturra comes from Hector and a collective of 10 farming families in Callayuc, Cajamarca. A lifelong coffee producer, Hector has worked tirelessly to elevate his community, even transforming farms into agritourism destinations and hosting coffee auctions to connect visitors with their work. This lot was hand-picked, carefully washed and sun-dried for 15 days, resulting in a cup that is both bright and elegant. Expect juicy notes of blackberry, balanced by the smooth sweetness of almond and a refreshing lift of lime. Grown at 1600 MASL, it’s a coffee that beautifully showcases both the terroir and the dedication of the farmers behind it.

This Yellow Caturra lot was meticulously hand-picked and sorted to ensure only the high-quality coffees, following a meticulous washing process to remove all mucilage, then the coffee was sun-dried for 15 days on concrete patios.
